Shipping Policy

At the moment, Khaos Solutions can only ship to locations within the borders of South Africa. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping costs ARE included for orders above R1,000 excluding the Made in ZA Products. Shipping costs for orders below R1000 will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location within South Africa. Please note that these costs are subject to change.

Once your order is processed, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days depending on your location. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order.

If you are not present at the time of delivery and the courier company cannot reach you after repeated attempts, your order may be returned to Khaos Solutions. You will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping the order.

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with detailed photographs and a description of the damage. We will arrange for the damaged items to be returned and a replacement to be sent to you.

By placing an order at Khaos Solutions, you agree to the terms of our shipping policy. If you do not agree with the terms of our shipping policy, we kindly ask you not to place an order with us.

Khaos Solutions reserves the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy on the Khaos Solutions website.
