I can’t rave enough about my experience with this company.
Firstly, I’m thrilled with the products. To function as a sort of room-divider between my sitting room and kitchen, I ordered a Kleinmond High Table Counter and two Vredendal Bar Stools. They have a nice rustic look. And, of course, because the bar counter is not built in, I can easily move it in order to find an optimal kitchen/sitting room ratio.
Secondly, I got top-class service. Werner is passionate about getting things right so that the customer is happy. Because of a slight hiccup, the colours of my two stools did not match. Not only did Werner arrange (at the company’s expense) to courier a jar of stain of the required colour, but he experimented in his workshop to make sure that putting the ‘correct’ colour over the ‘wrong’ one would allow it to match the other stool. Now, that’s what I call service!
And, thirdly, it was just such a pleasure to deal with Werner. I feel as if I made a new friend.

We're so happy with the Knysna Consol Table we ordered from Khaos Solutions. We needed it to fit a certain space and so had to adjust the measurements. Werner was incredibly helpful in doing this and was very responsive to messages. It was also delivered in record time. Once unwrapped we were extremely happy with the quality and finish of the piece. Would recommend this company.
